Blue River makes confidential markets among the limited universe of appropriate buyers/investors to deliver intentional results. 3) Valuation and Consulting - Blue River's professionals have vast experience and resources to equip owners with reliable valuation information in order to make fully informed decisions. Blue River offers advice to enhance value and saleability as clients desire. Valuation and consulting can be for non-transaction purposes, such as, shareholder disputes, litigation, taxes and others. 4) Capital raising - Businesses need capital to grow, and Blue River knows where and how to find it.
