As the TA Specialist for PZ Cussons, I have several responsibilities including:· Proactively sourcing candidates using various methods of reach, i.e. LinkedIn, Indeed etc. ensuring suitable profiles are identified against agreed role profiles.· Supporting the Head of Talent Acquisition with all associated tasks for senior level recruitment.· The creation of candidate pipelines via LinkedIn in order to establish strong succession plans for critical roles in the business.· Ensuring that all candidate contact promotes PZ Cussons employer brand and that on-boarding process is seamless and professional.· Promoting our employer brand through various social platforms (LinkedIn, Glassdoor etc.) and ensuring good quality postings to attract interest.· Conducting pre-screening and review of skills and experience as part of qualification process before submitting a shortlist to the Head of TA / Hiring Managers.· Recruitment reporting and analysis, including monthly/quarterly/yearly analysis of recruitment function and key metrics/KPI’s (as above.)· Provision of regular commentary on direct recruitment activity to Head of Talent Acquisition including market insight, competitor activity, rate information and new initiatives to attract candidates· Management and posting of all internal jobs, including internal Comms platform.· Responsible for managing the Recruitment Inbox and the Internal Applications Inbox.· Ad hoc project work as given by the TA Manager, including opportunity to optimise processes, re-design policies etc.Project involvement:- University Engagement- Social Media Strategy- HRIS (Workday)- Recruitment Toolkit Design
