Design and develop plans for new construction and facility Renovations in commercial, educational, municipal, aviation, and healthcare projects in an Architectural/Engineering environment.Responsible for all designs, drawings, specifications, and interaction with customer needs. Also responsible for Construction Management services.Areas of design responsibility include power distribution, lighting design, fire alarm, tele/data and security.

Facilities Services Group At Delphi Packard Electric, Warren, Ohio

Design, develop and coordinate the implementation ofplans for facility re-arrangements, new construction and equipment installation projects. Investigate and recommendequipment modification and reconditioning to improveoperation and productivity.● Prepare feasibility studies, cost proposals and detailed cost estimates for approval by management and government contracting agencies.● Assure the Governmental and company health, safety andsecurity requirements are adhered, and perform projectinspection upon completion. Function as liaison with outsidecontractors and suppliers.● Prepare construction status reports and forecast facility expansion and equipment requirements.
