About William L.

👋🏽 Hi, my name is Will.Over the last 10+ years, I’ve worked in defense, management consulting and in fintech. My focus has been on optimizing business processes and ensuring alignment across departments to achieve strategic goals. I enjoy translating high-level strategy into actionable plans that ultimately help drive operational efficiency. In short, I love strategy and business operations. I currently work at NIWC PAC, where I develop ways to measure program efficiency and develop business processes to help implement a new business function. Much of my work involves understanding strategic goals and customer requirements and building a path to achieve them. I’ll be starting a second master's degree at Cornell in 2025 through the Executive Masters of Public Administration program. As someone who has worked in the private sector and now government space, I think there’s a big need for leaders who can bridge the gap between the two.
