Supervise contractor hired by Gas Company to ensure all codes and specifications are followed for various projects. Complete all work order packet paperwork including weld tracking, as-built drawings, GPS of welds using Trimble GPS Unit, track material and men for Time and Material Projects, attend meetings with Gas Company and Contractor for billing and scheduling, keep inventory of all project material and MTR's, and complete audits of projects and work order packets.

Phillips 66 Wood River Refinery

Roles including but not limited to Attend Pre Turnaround meetings for tracking program introduced by Phillips 66, assemble piping packages with regards to codes and specifications, build Inspection and Testing Plans and submit to area inspectors for approval, directly manage inspectors for my shift and help them solve issues related to work being complete in field, work directly with NDT manager on manpower priorities, upload all packages and information into refinery progress program, audit all packages alongside plant area inspectors to ensure all steps were taken that were necessary, witness weld testing for welders to qualify for contractor prior to turnaround, and do final closeout meetings for contractor after turnaround.

Indianapolis, Indiana Area

Work as a Utility Inspector on an 18 mile project to learn all facets of the Pipeline Inspection roles. Tasks include but are not limited to attending morning schedule and progress meetings, welding inspection, GPS weld locations with Trimble GPS Unit, Map Welds and Heat Numbers under Senior Welding Inspector for project, work directly with Chief Inspector to learn billing and paperwork done, check crew Operator Qualifications, write and turn in daily reports to Project Engineer and Chief Inspector, be sure Contractor and all sub contractors followed Gas Company Codes and Specifications along with all other specs including State and Federal Regulations along with API 1104.

Phillips 66 Wood River Refinery

Assemble T/A packages per customer drawings and specifications, review and submit ITP's for customer approval, read and understand specifications of project from customer, develop weld logs and weld maps for project.

Wood River, Illinois

Field QC on ULD-2 project. Responsibilities include System Walkdowns, Witness Hydrotest, Weld Inspection, Order NDE, Audit Various Paperwork, and be sure work is complete to project specifications and proper WPS are followed.

Interface with Quality Assurance Representative to be sure all applicable specifications are met. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, Weld Inspection, Witness Hydro Test, System Walk Downs, and Weld Testing. NDE coordination between BMWC and Subcontractors to be sure all requirements are met and priorities are given. Enter reports into computer log as well as build packages and keep hard copy files.

Interface with General Contractor, Engineer, and Owner to complete commissioning and startup activities. Attend daily meetings for work progress schedule activities for commissioning. Order material per jobsite specifications, system walk downs for completion and startup, create turnover packages to general contractor for work completion, witness hydro tests, inspect welds, keep all quality documentation, field safety audits, toolbox talks, keep track of all expenses for company on project, update all rental equipment for company, fill out weekly timesheets for company workers on site, fill out daily reports on work complete for general contractor, and keep upper management for company informed of job progress and issues.

Meldahl Hydroelectric Powerhouse

Site Quality Control Including but not Limited to Weld Inspection, System Walk Down, Oversee Chemical Clean/ Oil Flushing, Weld Mapping, NDE Tracking, Witnessing Hydro Tests, Document Control, Schedule NDT.
