Successfully secured capital from investment bankers, financial institutions, and private investors.

INEOS is a $65B multi-national manufacturer of specialty and intermediate chemicals.Directed a team of professionals in charge of various functions (finance, treasury, insurance, tax, and pensions) for two separate companies with revenues of $1B+. Functioned as the financial lead on multiple key US acquisitions, including an enterprise with revenues of $450M+ and a raw material supplier with revenues of $250M.Consistently ensured that both companies surpassed their Cash Flow and EBITDA Targets over a 5-year period and reduced fixed cost spending by $450K+ through integrating the companies’ financial functions.Generated significant savings for the companies, including developing a strategic plan to reduce fixed costs by $2M and negotiating the settlement of a $2M legal claim to realize subsequent savings of $1.2M.
