At Granite I am expected to maintain a balance between customer satisfaction and receiving payment. This consists of making/taking outbound/inbound calls, being responsive to email, and working with multiple Granite departments to gather information on accounts that may be used to facilitate a smooth collection process. I pride myself on providing the client with whatever is needed to obtain payment whether it be hand generated reconciliations or simple copies of invoicing. Along with this I am expected to submit credit card and check by phone payments as well as to assist in tracking payments that are misapplied either by bank error, customer error, or granite error. My personal work queue consists of roughly $23 Million of monthly billing for which I am personally responsible.

Handle federally defaulted student loans on a daily basis and negotiate repayment solutions acceptable to both the borrower and the Department of Education.

Basic Auditing of gas expenditures and subsequent mileage refunds for employees. I also put together pricing requests and sample orders linking both clients and wholesalers. Ensured that each company was charged the proper rate for the inventory orders requested by each client as well as making sure custom designs were made to proper specifications determined by the client.
