I was trained in Muscle Histochemistry procedures: freezing, sectioning, and performing routine enzyme reactions: ATPASE (ph 4.3,4.6,10.2), NADH, Phosphorylase, Esterase; and special stains: Gomori Trichrome, PAS, Oil Red O on muscle biopsies. Serve as back-up for the regular technician who performed these procedures and assisted when work load was extremely heavy.
