Responsible for the design and management of a variety of transportation projects in the state of Florida with extensive experience in projects ranging from RRR, operational improvements, interstate design, capacity projects and new alignments for both local municipalities and state agencies. Will is current with all local, city and state policies and procedures including RRR Design Criteria, ADA Design Criteria, design exceptions and variances, stormwater permitting, digital delivery and production standards.Responsible for leading marketing efforts for transportation projects in FDOT Districts 2, 3 & 5 and assisting with marketing transportation projects with local municipalities including COJ, JTA and Nassau County.
