As a Senior Compliance Specialist on the Gas Operations Support Team (GOST), I expanded my role on the team beyond my base duties by taking on more leadership opportunities and acted as a backup to my direct Supervisor for weekly team-meetings and operating reviews. Current Duties: • Maintained an active tracking log of all requests that the team has ownership over. • Assisted with the build out and implementation of a semi-automated data request tracking system.• Acted as primary Final Reviewer for all confidentiality reviews, maintaining strict adherence to Company privacy policy for customers, employees, and critical infrastructure and financial data. • Served as point of contact for all team members with questions on confidentiality matters.• Triaged and assign data one-off requests that do not fit firmly into our current workflow.• Led weekly Daily Operating Review meetings with the team on behalf of my Supervisor.• Participated in benchmarking efforts with other organizations to ensure consistency.• Managed the National Pipeline Mapping System (NPMS) external-facing email inbox and respond to requests accordingly.Accomplishments: • Fully migrated backlog of legacy data into ProjectWise retention software.• Prepared the team for implementation of 2023 California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) guidelines.• Led a process review with Lean Management assistance on the Pre-Inspection data request process for annual Regulatory Compliance transmission and distribution audits.• Created a Company Standard that describes in detail the work that our team is responsible for.• Successfully applied PG&E’s confidentiality aggregation standards to an Administrative Law Judge’s request for information pursuant to Order to Institute Rulemaking (OIR) 20-01-007, which limited any re-work necessary to filing PG&E’s response to this request. As a Compliance Specialist on the Gas Operations Support Team (GOST), I performed all of the same duties as in my previous role as an auxiliary staff member of the team, but worked diligently to increase my skills within Pacific Gas and Electric to cement my position as a pivotal asset to the success and function of the team. I quickly became a trusted source of knowledge on my team for all matters in data response and became a final reviewer for all confidentiality review-focused data requests due to my expertise and attention to detail and assisted in achieving an on-time rate of 100% for confidentiality reviews.I also became the lead point of contact for the data migration effort of all GOST legacy data into ProjectWise, a data retention and storage software platform, leading this project to completion in Q1 of 2021.In addition to these achievements, I spent a significant amount of time training new team members on various aspects of the Gas Operations Data Requests role and assisting a new Supervisor in understanding the intricacies of the team so that they could perform their job to the best of their ability.

As an auxiliary staff member for the Pacific Gas and Electric Gas Operations Support Team (GOST), I performed critical functions for the Gas Operations Compliance Department. GOST responds to requests for information from internal and external parties such as the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC), Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA), National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) and other regulatory agencies. My duties included the following: • Maintained a tracking log of all requests that come into the GOST. • Performed final quality control (QC), packaging, and delivery of all GOST data request responses to the internal requestor after completion of the GOST review process.• Successfully carried out confidentiality reviews/redactions for Gas Operations external communications (e.g., GOST data request responses, Gas Operations-related external presentations, CPUC Gas Operations audit materials, and Gas Operations rate case data response materials).• Maintained a database of all final responses logged and processed through GOST.• Tracked real-time status of all requests to ensure expeditious handling through the established data request response process. • Created and reported out a daily snapshot from the tracking log of all open data requests.• Performed searches for prior responses by leveraging the GOST database, PG&E SharePoint sites, CPUC websites, PHMSA websites, Webdocs, Google, etc. to assist with development of future responses, maintaining consistency, deposition preparation, litigation preparation, and metrics. • Completed responses to requests for information related to Gas Operations through research, planning, development, analysis, collaboration, and monitoring. • Provided analytical support for regulatory, policy, and business initiatives within PG&E.

• Worked under the Safety Coordinator for Carnegie Science at Bates College.• Assured that EPA and OSHA regulations were met in the Animal and Plant Care departments.

• Selected as part of a group of 10 students out of the incoming freshman class for the Bates Summer Scholar's Program. • Program was designed to teach two semester-long Physics and MAthematics courses over a period of six weeks.

• One of head camp counselors for the Shake-A-Leg Miami Eco-Islands Summer Program. • In charge of daily operations and program logistics for immersive natural education programs for disabled and handicapped children. • Helped conduct a range of courses such as nature studies, fishing, swimming and sailing.
