Bill is the founder of MacBride Law, PLLC. Prior to founding MacBride Law, Mr. MacBride spend 21 years as a partner at the Helena, MT based firm Gough, Shanahan, Johnson and Waterman (GSJW). Prior to GSJW, Bill spent 6 years as an Attorney and Landman with Denver, CO based Gold Fields Mining Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Consolidated Gold Fields of London, UK, representing Gold Fields in Canada, Taiwan and throughout the US. He brought to that company his 11 years of experience as a petroleum geologist, primarily with Pennzoil Company. He believes that his corporate and practical background is invaluable in providing effective representation to its clients.
