I feel that given the opportunity ,I would be an asset to any employer.My last employer before Pacson Valves was Petroineos at Grangemouth Refinery and was working as part of the Reliability Team/Operations Support on secondment for 9 months but will return to my role as a Production Technician on the 2DHT in 2019. My role is to operate the 2DHT/R18/2COD/FCCU Treatments 2DHT removes H2S from light ends of the crude units, 2COD refines crude to product, R18 is a tank farm for refinery slops reinjection , FCCU treatments is caustic wash for C3/C4 product and tail gas treatments.These process units contain all Plant and instrumentation associate with Refinery OperationsSVQ 3 Hydrocarbons/Operations.My previous employer was Nynas UK AB working as a control room/production technician working on the distillation plant consisting of vacuum and atmospheric distillation controlled through a Metso DCS computer control system , processing crude oil for bitumen and high end oils .My role also involved tank farm transfers , batch processing of emulsions , polymer binders, and water phases , sampling and the flexing of oil tankers by bolting flexible hoses to the ships manifold for import and export of oil cargos and many other duties .Scottish water / United Utilities My role was for 10 years as a process operator on the running of a state of the art wastewater treatment and sludge treatment plant . The plant and network had 7 major pumping stations and was controlled through a SCADA computer PLC system to input set points, change pump duties and control all aspects of the plant .The plant was designed to treat sewage and sludge and discharge treated effluent into the Tay Estuary.
