Current• Tested AUV, in submerged state, to tune the PID control system based on odometry data to improve acceleration, velocity, and positioning relative to programmed commands and disturbances • Presented design options to Mechanical Design Team Leaders, recommended modifying the electronic box into reverse heat sink to prevent thermal throttling at temperatures exceeding 90°C • Developed a diver initiated emergency stop using a hall effect sensor and a magnet mounting system for the AUV
