Bill MacIntosh, AIA LEED AP, Director of G3 Architecture Interiors and Planning, is responsible for coordinating firm operations and leading the higher education practice. Bill brings over 25 years of experience the facility planning and design for educational and cultural institutions. His passion is collaborating with clients to find innovative solutions that respond to their unique needs and project conditions. Bill recently led the system-wide master plans that will serve as the foundation of a 10-year, $2 billion capital program for the Connecticut State Colleges and Universities. His other higher ed work includes projects at Bard, Yale, MIT, Stevens, Pratt, CUNY and UC Santa Cruz. Bill’s experience also encompasses schools, museums, research parks, residential and commercial projects. His work ranges from contemporary buildings to historic sites, including the museum and visitor center at Gettysburg National Battlefield and a master plan for George Washington’s Mount Vernon. His work with museums includes planning projects for MoMA, the Art Institute of Chicago and the Seattle Art Museum. Bill is a LEED accredited professional.
