About William Mackenzie

My current research focus is the impact of emerging technologies on individuals and business. I have several research projects in this area examining technologies such as augment reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), artificial intelligence (AI), deepfakes and other forms of disinformation/misinformation. Each of these technologies will significantly affect businesses and their employees in the years to come. I have taught Strategic Human Resources, Competitive Strategy, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Managing Human Capital, Leadership and Staffing. While academic research remains my passion, I am also excited to work with an amazing team as a partner in a high-tech startup which provides data integration solutions for education.
