- Business Functional Expert that lead a team of ten Analysts and Developers in designing a new corporate Master Data Repository and Management System for distressed assets which integrated data from multiple systems to provide a single data source for entire division. - Business Expert for the initial production phase of the Distressed Asset Management System - Researched, analyzed, redesigned and documented major business processes and sytems in order to reduce acquisition to corporate system time.

Integral part of the founding management team that took a four person self funded Mortgage Software start-up to a profitable 90-person operation that serves some of the Nations Top Lenders, drives over $10MM in revenue and produced $7MM in private funding. As part of a growing start-up, served in the following positions: - Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Managed accounting, payroll, bookkeeping, human resources with a budget over $2MM - Product Sales, Delivered the majority of Dexma initial customers with over $3MM in revenue - Software Design, Designed the initial Dexma suite of products, many of which are still in production. - Product Manager, Managed the design and maintenance of over 40 product components - Chief Operations Manager, Managed operation of 40 person Product development, customer support and client implementation.
