Reported to the VP of sales, I was responsible for 300 studio locations throughout the SE along with managing 9 District Managers. MVP for 2012 along with being the number 1 Regional Director within the US to date. Extensive P&L background encompassed with a strong service and successful sales track record. Maintained the TOP 3 status year over year in sales and profit and consistently held number 1 ranking in customer service, loyalty and the highest average sale within the US.

Florida/Georgia And Puerto Rico Markets

Lifetouch Inc. Division operates 700+ retail studios in JCPenney and Target stores as well as a stand-alone mall portrait studio nationwide and Puerto Rico. I managed the SE territory covering Florida, GA and PR markets. Started Lifetouch in the National School Studios division as a Territory Manager and was promoted to Sr. level Management within my first year of employment and transferred to the Portrait Studios division.

Florida

Reporting to the President and CEO managed and directed an office staff of 50 employees consisting of 10 outside sales reps and a full functioning operational team. Recruited back from the company in 2000 from the President to relocate to FL from OH and run an under-performing sales market. Within my first year, the territory was ranked number 1 in the US from being ranked number 10 out of 11 markets. Maintained the number 1 ranking for 3 consecutive years in sales and profit along with being voted MVP for 2 years while there from the President directly.

Ohio Market

Reporting to the VP of Engineering my responsibilities were to provide and close rental lease space and Project Management in Class A buildings throughout the state of OH. Once leased, I was responsible to handle the project management segment to build the Nextlink network with the Engineering team followed by working with the sales team to sell voice and data within the building once placed on the network.
