• Direct day-to-day operations of 1.2 million sq ft of R&D facilities throughout the US• Directly manage vendors and subcontractors in the creation and execution of contracts pertaining site maintenance and repair efforts• Create and implement staffing models, gearing ratios and lab intake processes that consider stakeholder feedback as well as square footage and asset ownership• Supervise 19 direct reports (5 managers, 2 leads, 6 engineers, 4 apprentice engineers) including task delegation and management• Manage and implement engineering processes and procedures for new sites portfolio wide• Act as owner representative in new site commissioning including equipment start up, functionality testing and owner training• Consult directly with EHS to evaluate and execute new safety processes and procedures• Coordinate and communicate with the owner network team to ensure seamless BAS integration onto house network• Create and execute annual budgets and quarterly reforecasting while targeting to maintain within 10% of annual budget• Responsible for the creation and subsequent approval of MOPs and owner specific process and procedure documentation for new and continuous construction and major tool installs• Quarterly calibration and annual functionality of hazardous and nonhazardous gas detection as well as coordination efforts for gas detection element replacement • Assist with CMMS development including asset collection, SOP and checklist creation and user training• Manage maintenance of cleanroom and lab specialty systems • Conduct quarterly testing and record keeping for Legionella, TVC, E. coli, Coliform and HVAC loop maintenance including bacterial testing and water treatment
