Project Experience Highlights:Tenant Improvement – Cavium, San JoseI had the opportunity to work on the corporate headquarters for Cavium, over 118,000 square feet. This project included multiple labs, corporate server room, offices and conference rooms. A large project that was completed on time thanks to a fast track schedule. Tenant Improvement - San Andreas Regional Center, San JoseSan Andreas Regional Center is a community-based, private nonprofit corporation that serves people with developmental disabilities. This tenant improvement was 74,149 square feet over two floors in an occupied building which consisted of multiple private areas for therapy, small conference rooms, private offices and open office space. As a nonprofit client, we were able to complete their tenant improvement in budget and on time. Tenant Improvement – Elementum, Mountain ViewOver 23,750 square feet on tenant improvement for a repeat client that included demo, offices, conference rooms and break rooms. We worked closely with the EPA for the clients existing site conditions and overcame those challenges. We were able to deliver their new space which is clean, modern and safe for their employees.

This is a renovation, reuse of a 1970’s solid concrete building to an airy, spacious Zero Net, Class A speculative office building for developer Sharp Development. Size: 34,000 sf, Architect: Studio G, Value: $8 Million

Project Experience Highlights:New Construction - Bloom Energy, SunnyvaleDesign-Build tenant improvements with conference rooms, server room, labs, 500 KV generator, and upgrade to high-pressure gas service. Project performed on fast track schedule.Tenant Improvement - Arista Networks, San JoseTwo-story historical building, included adding 500 s.f. of new floor space to existing structure and converting existing retail space into law offices.Tenant Improvement - Clear Channel Radio, San FranciscoIncluded an extensive remodel to fourth and fifth floors to Clear Channel’s five story San Francisco office and radio studios. Scope included constructing of (5) new sound studios, remodeling of (2) existing radio studios, installing new HVAC systems and an extensive remodeling to the occupied office space which requiring special construction efforts to ensure no disrupted to the daily radio stations operations.Tenant Improvement - Mozilla, Mountain View3 phased tenant improvements of two occupied floors in a multi-rise building that included demo, and build out of lobby area, offices, conferences, break rooms, specialty security room for testing software and media room. Work included special finishes. Work performed on fast track schedules.
