I started my leadership career young becoming a store manager for an automotive shop at 18 yrs old. From there I transitioned to Hi/Lo Inc. now, O'Reilly automotive. Starting from the bottom on the counter working my way up as I learned through leadership training, many classes, programs, and 20 plus years of otj training how to lead and grow others this became my passion. I learned early on, make others a success and you will always be very successful. Now growing others making them more successful then what they believe they can be is what drives me every day and I love what I do. Since 2010 I've also played in the housing sector with rental properties and in 2018 began to get a little more serious in the real estate business with my own company now managing 7 properties.
