Review and follow up on open purchase orders expediting or deferring when necessary. Working with Engineering in new product development and introduction to locate new or alternate sources for next generation products. Utilize metrics to monitor and establish improvement programs for supplier OTD performance. Primary contact between Receiving, Quality, Accounting and Suppliers on all supplier quality issues and returns. Develop and institute corrective actions with suppliers as to prevent re-occurrence. Ensure compliance with ISO requirements and follow SOP guidelines.
