Responsible for all Over and Above actions with Hanger Operations and customer. Accomplishes location and purchase actions for availability of Flight Safety Critical Parts, (FSCP), known worldwide part stockages, repairs, overhauls, fabrication material replacement, and special tools for AH-1 Helicopters. AH-1 Attack Helicopter subject matter expert and coordinates with Hanger Operations, Engineering, Quality Control, and all internal sections for accomplishment of program depot maintenance and upgrades for AH-1 Helicopters. Prepares and executes shipment preparation documents and all required preservation, truck transportation, and ship loading actions for the all AH-1F Helicopters within the Kingdom of Jordan and receipt within the United States.

Provides high order technical analysis for the Security Assistance Management Directorate, SAMD Aviation Division. Technical assistance is provided for airframes, systems, subsystems, and support equipment for AH-1 Attack, UH-1 Utility, commercial helicopters and fixed wing aircraft. Statements of work, performance work statements, technical evaluation reports, and other documents are created for Government contract accomplishment. Directs and monitors customer support program requirements for on-going support, recording and tracking of contractor performance metrics, contractor schedule and cost performance analysis, material purchasing, as well as aircraft, aircraft component, and equipment repair for both commercial and military contracts. Serves as Contracting Officers Representative, (COR) for FMS cases to countries of Pakistan, Jordan, Kazakhstan, and Yemen.

Served as the ACLC Staff Specialist advising the Chief, Branch Managers, and field Officers-In-Charge on the organizations work, structure, performance and application of production, quality, distribution, scheduling, and economic management to insure the high quality, affordable, supportable, and effective defense systems are delivered to the warfighter.
