Responsible for providing product technical support for LoanCatcher Mortgage Broker LOS software, using the Zendesk ticketing system. Client requests fielded though an email environment, with frequent Microsoft Teams meetings for face to face support. Also responsible for training new Support staff, assisting with new client onboarding, and DNS setup.

Serve as an intermediary between U.S. Bank and its customers who require Mortgage Servicing assistance. Answer questions or resolve issues pertaining to mortgage payments, escrow analysis, documentation, or other topics.Also responsible for other office related tasks as requested by Management.Assist other representatives by fielding escalated calls when requested by a customer or providing training to the representative on the line.
