Lakeside Shopping Centre

My duties include talking to customers making sure they are getting the right phone on the right tariff be it contract or pay as you go, also upgrading customer’s contracts. I have to log in phone handsets for repairs and contact customers when their phones are ready. I perform various back office tasks help motivate and lead the team when the managers arent in, I also approach customers and ask for the business and I help to train staff.
