Advanced analytics talent development program leadership:• Led the Modeling and Analytics Graduate Network (MAGNet), an advanced analytics internship program aimed at recruiting and developing statistics graduate students for full-time roles at State Farm. Intern development accomplished in the context of real project work on the University of Illinois Research Park campus.• Became involved in spring, 2012.
