• Process local and cross-country flight clearances• Check accuracy of flight plans and coordinate them• Maintain flight logs on incoming/outgoing flights and individual flight records• Alert crash crews of emergencies• Interpret and post weather reports• Provide supervision of flight and ground operations, including flight coordinating, passenger and cargo movement and staff working in these areas• Provide oversight of aircraft care and airworthiness, including the planning and coordination of maintenance schedules• Provide directional input and oversight into the types of flight activities JAARS is involved in• Along with the business manager, ensure the financial objectives of the aviation department are met• Liaise with the local Civil Aviation Authorities to ensure regulatory compliance• Participate in the department’s senior management team meetings

Video Production • Post Production: Editing (technical, editorial, creative), graphic design/animation, color grading and correction, media management. Deliver assets that achieve project goals/story and maintain brand standards. • Videography/Production: capture video in a creative manner that meets project goals, brand standards and broader future use. Coordinate on video production logistics with Brand+Creative video production team. Location scouting/recommendations, equipment selection, on-location troubleshooting and logistics. • Maintain media library, file structure/naming convention to enable efficient content management, including cataloguing and archiving of video content. • Monitor video production and post-production equipment/hardware. Work with Video Production Manager to maintain health of video department equipment. • Work with Brand+Creative video production team members, external video production partners, homeowners, media production companies, talent and all other roles within the video production field: make-up, stylists and wardrobe, etc.
