3/2004 - 7/2004: Architectural superintendent hiring, training and directing an Hispanic workforce of 50 artisans in the build out of two pre-stressed concrete 5 story luxury condominiums at the award winning Palmas del Mar project in Humacao, Puerto Rico.8/2003 - 3/2004: Architectural superintendent hiring, training and directing an Hispanic workforce of 200 mechanical and finish craftsmen engaged in the assembly and build-out of pre-manufactured modules shipped from the Pharmadule Corporation of Gotenburg, Sweden for a new $1 Billion synthetic insulin facility for Eli Lilly in Carolina, Puerto Rico.
