Responsible for managing, mentoring and optimizing project procurement and contracting activities for Houston office, non-operated project support (Norway, Congo, Cameroon and Nigeria), and operated projects (Romania, Ghana, Côte d'Ivoire, and Mexico). Excelled at providing strategic direction and leadership in the areas of procurement, contracting and supply planning. Responsible for all purchasing and contracting for the City of Wasilla including establishment of Procurement & Contracting Procedures in accordance with City Code which included requirements for minimum threshold bidding requirements, issuance of requests for proposals or invitations to bid, proposal/bid evaluation process and award criteria. This served as the foundation for procurement of goods, works and services for the City in accordance with funding source requirements (City, Borough, State, and/or Federal).
