Main Responsibilities / Key Accountabilities of the job• Work on an out of hour’s call out service 1 in every 16 weeks.• Focal point for technical liaison with Security Branch. • Management and co-ordination of all security related PPM’s, Reactive Maintenance and Cyclical Maintenance activities to ensure all works compile with specified standards and are delivered to meet quality, timescale and cost objectives. • Management of twelve security maintenance contractors to ensure works are organized and carried out to the required standards. • Manage the security budget of £5,000.000 per annum ensuring the client gets VFM. • Attend monthly meetings with the client ensuring to maintain client confidence & satisfaction in the service delivery. • Identify levels of functionality with the security infrastructure throughout the PSNI Estate and have a sound knowledge of good construction practice and techniques in order to specify and supervise the repair/removal/optimization of the installations. • Deliver detailed and accurate reports on the condition of all security installations. • Delivering an annual report on the condition of the security infrastructure to include spends and prioritized recommendations for improvement works.• Carry out the design management and oversee the install of all Home Security installs. • Produce a Security Strategy Document incorporating all of the security requirements within the contract.

Main Responsibilities / Key Accountabilities of the job• I was required to work on an out of hour’s service 1 in every 8 weeks. • Management and co-ordination of PPM’s, Reactive Maintenance and Cyclical Maintenance activities to ensure all works complied with specified standards and delivered to meet quality, timescale and cost objectives. • Auditing of all works undertaken by the works contractors and production of audit reports. • Management of all Micro works including specifications, onsite instruction, valuations and audits. • Management of contractors to ensure that work is organized in compliance with the clients specifications / requirements.• Responsibility for a group of contractors, holding monthly meetings.• Attend monthly meeting with the client ensuring to maintain client confidence & satisfaction in the service delivery. • Ensure that all contractors comply with relevant statutory Health & Safety policies.• Preparation of all specifications and organization of works.• Provided support to the Maintenance Manager when required. • Monitor and report on contractors performance implementing corrective action requests where required (KPI's)• Maintain Statutory Inspection records as and when required.
