• Base management of 700+ corporate liable enterprise accounts within the Business Markets Group• Develop long-lasting relationships with each business clients as a direct point-of-contact through quarterly communication, utilizing monthly business reports, and retention targets.• Daily proficiency of CRM via cloud server Salesforce.com to facilitate funnel and opportunity management, rate plan analysis, proposals, contractual agreements and churn prevention strategies.• Collaborate with Solutions Engineers weekly to maximize profitability and competitiveness for each Android, BIS, BES or Microsoft proposal to meet our clients’ mobile solutions needs.

• Identify new business practices that could be introduced or suggest modifications to existing practices that could reduce the risk of customer cancellation. • Proactively contact customers who are identified as at risk of cancellation and ensure that every opportunity to retain these customers is investigated. • Interact with other departments including Customer Care, IT, Finance, Training, Sales, and Marketing to meet and deliver customer requirements/expectations
