I am forwarding some additional information on the role accountabilities in my current role and some experience I have gained that are relevant to executive sales and operations leadership roles.Category Management – Responsible for working with Category analyst and Key Account team to build selling story that align with the customers current business needs. Using IRI and Neilson data, such as generational trends, category performance, shopper insights and share data, to link the opportunity to the customer GTM strategy. I can provide examples if requested. Demand Planning – Responsible for providing product forecasts 4 weeks in advance based on retail activity to M&W. Participate on weekly inventory call to ensure correct product is available for upcoming activity and address any PQI issues that may exist, then develop strategy to minimize financial risk. Additionally attend production scheduling meeting to validate activity and timing of production to maintain in stock conditions. Also navigate innovation production to meet launch timelines. Coordinate LSS initiatives into daily operational processes.Pricing – Responsible for all regional and local pricing grids, with the exception of national customers, which is administered by the HQ pricing team. Also maintain all local and regional Customer Development Agreements that include equipment funding, promotional pricing, and growth incentives. Additionally work with Regional Director of Sales to develop region pricing strategy in order to achieve National AOP revenue targets. Budgeting – Responsible for full region P&L including labor, direct, and discretionary costs. Collaborate with finance to build Annual Operating Plan for upcoming year based on national targets. Identify and incorporate strategic cost saving initiatives in AOP to achieve Region financial targets.
