Or perhaps just a curious browser of this profile... regardless welcome!Born and raised in Iowa I have always had many interests such as reading, cooking, and the outdoors. In the pursuit of these interests I have worked several different jobs and industries over the years, but have come to find a new passion in the world of IT. I have always been curious about what makes computers tick both physically and at an operational level, but never had the time to learn about it until recently. However, now with an array of knowledge under my belt, I have the tools to do the job. I'm looking forward to putting my skills to use and if I don't know something I'm more than willing to learn how to do it!My specialties include troubleshooting for computer systems, software management, resource monitoring, managing directory services, data management and recovery, IT & network security, conflict resolution, being detail oriented, working well under pressure, and brining a positive attitude to the job!
