I thrive on innovation and implementing new ideas. During my time with Macy's I was part of two pilots.The first being the "Neighborhood Store" concept which was scaling down the traditional department store.Introducing centralized wrap stands and erecting walls to reduce down the square footage.The next pilot was eliminating instore shopping and turning the store into a warehouse to fill online orders.These two pilots were trial and error as they had not been done before. With teamwork we were able to create and implement many best practices.
