Primary responsibilities in process and project management with a strong commercial and schedule focus. Secondary roles in sales and QSE compliance and business operations under ISO 9001, 14001, 45001. Projects are multidisciplinary in delivery of hydro power, mining dewatering and leachate projects. Execution of projects with focuses on specifications including Mining design guide (MDG 15), scope, budget and schedule.

Major responsibility is to facilitate the project from conception through to commissioning. Disciplines include Electrical and Instrumentation, Structural Engineering, Mechanical and Control Systems. My phases in my typical projects include project handover from sales. Design with consultation with clients and suppliers. Procure based on agreed design parameters and specifications. In house manufacture of combustion equipment managing mainly mechanical and electrical trades with design drawings and work orders. Testing and client presentations. Commissioning activities in shipyards and offshore environments. Each phase I coordinate teams of project engineers and trades with effective communication and constructive team approach.Daily activities circulate around synchronizing understanding for all project team members and external stake holders with respect to Scope, Budget, Schedule and Quality.
