 Formalize national Environmental Services (ES) strategy and execute the plan, consistent with National ES aspiration  Build and supervise key Subject Matter Expert (SME) team with specific ES skills needed by key clients and the organization  Liaise with operations to maximize revenue and opportunities with specific targets and clients Lead and facilitate ES selling activities to existing clients and prospects Monitor, measure and communicate BVNA’s overall ES capabilities and readiness on a quarterly basis Work with Business Unit Managers and RVPs to ensure the right personnel and resources are in place to deliver the strategy and offerings that ensure growth and profitability. Develop effective personal relationships with key client contacts Actively participate and lead key technical industry associations to build and expand BVNA’s brand image in the overall ES market space. . Mentor personnel with ES technical skill development aspirations to build future SME/PLL bench strength Promote cross selling initiatives with other Practice Line Leaders  Ensure technical excellence on key ES projects through QA/QC review  Evaluate and provide technological and process improvements to Operations Management for continuous improvement.
