Duties and Responsibilities Executing shop replenishment. Carrying out staff planning and monitoring within the warehouse. Coordinating all inventory control processes. Monitoring correct receiving and dispatch of goods at the warehouse. Monitoring transfer orders from the warehouse. Organizing and maintaining the warehouse efficiently and properly. Monitoring stock movements and the incoming pipeline and ensuring timely stock reorder to avoid stock-outs Supervising warehouse team. Monitoring and tracking of duty paid and duty-free shipments. Verifying that bin cards/stock cards are timely updated and performing monthlyreconciliation of stock Ensuring the adherence to standard policies and procedures of the supply chaincommunity.

Duties and Responsibilities Tracking and coordinating the movement of shipments for projects. Creating and maintaining of updated Inventory records for the materials in thewarehouse. Organizing import, export and customs clearance arrangements with customs brokersand forwarders vendor sourcing and registration. Coordinating logistic operations with our transport agents. Creating of purchase orders from purchase requisitions Inbound freight planning; lead time, ETA and delivery plan Ensuring correctness of documents, such as inbound/outbound shipment reports. Ensuring security and safety checks are adhered to. Assisting in achieving gross margin target by controlling logistics cost Coordinating the timely disposal of obsolete assets in line with the company’s disposalpolicy. Issuing purchase orders to suppliers and confirming delivery dates, quantities orderedand prices are correct Checking that the stacking of items is appropriate and safe.
