While at Fidelity I:- I gained support to develop Fidelity’s first monorepo and correspondingfrontend framework. Through this work, I helped shift the development culture from siloed development to one of reusability and cross-squad communication. We currently have over 500 individual contributors.- Successfully managed large scale (10+ applications) migrations across technology stacks- Architected and built out components that greatly reduced TTM on new products and improved production supportability- Automated everything I could possibly automate- Implemented daily architecture sessions so that stories were reviewed forreusability before they were started. This drastically cut down the time it took to write and review code by identifying resources that already existed rather than having developers start from scratch every time. It is also an effective training forum and good for communicating out changes to the broader community.- Actively mentored junior developers in best practices- Traveled overseas to train resources in Dalian, China- Stepped in to fill gaps wherever needed- And much more! It’s been a busy 5+ years

At meQuilibrium I:- Created 2 mobile apps: meQuilibrium and meQuilibrium Select (one with less than a month turnaround for a major client). I utilized the Ionic library.- Led an overhaul of the existing site. This included design and architecture. I gradually moved us from a mashup of Wordpress, Drupal, Symfony, Silex and more to a REST architecture with an AngularJS front-end. Additionally, I brought in design talent that led to a complete visual overhaul including creating an interactive, animated representation of the core "factors" at the heart of meQuilibrium's science.- Personally brought two new employees to the team and mentored junior developers in both coding practices and leadership- Implemented best practices on the front-end and contributed to developing best practices for our back-end team

PieceWise is a tool for enabling companies to crowdsource process improvements from their employees and managing the knowledge that comes with these improvements.

I lead the 10 week FEWD course for GA in Boston. I have taught this class four times and my fifth class starts in February. The fourth class sold out six weeks in advance with no marketing. I also lead workshops on advanced JS and front end web apps.

Worked with the GA NY FEWD instructor and GA curriculum team to create and launch FEWD 2.0. FEWD 2.0 was a complete overhaul of the FEWD curriculum with entirely new exercises, slides, and resources.

Built the RentPay Express mobile app using PhoneGap. Unlike most PhoneGap applications, this app uses a single code base for web, iOS, and Android. Various backend projects including Dwolla integration, pulling documents from email, and more.
