CurrentI have recently embarked on a career change, where I aspire to become a full stack web developer and therefore enrolled onto the Code Nation 12 week, Master Course in January 2019. I have now started my coding journey and want to fulfil my passion to become a full stack web developer. In the first 7 weeks of the Master Course at Code Nation I have learnt skills in, Javascript, HTML, CSS and learning how to problem solve using charts, diagrams and psuedo code. I have also learnt skills… Show more I have recently embarked on a career change, where I aspire to become a full stack web developer and therefore enrolled onto the Code Nation 12 week, Master Course in January 2019. I have now started my coding journey and want to fulfil my passion to become a full stack web developer. In the first 7 weeks of the Master Course at Code Nation I have learnt skills in, Javascript, HTML, CSS and learning how to problem solve using charts, diagrams and psuedo code. I have also learnt skills in Node.js, introduction to testing using jest, React, using the terminal and command line, using git and git hub. Some of the projects I have worked on so far include making a Keycode, Drumkit, dice game (single player version and two player version). I have also worked on making a Todo list and a Calculator in React. I have enjoyed the course so far, along with the challenge of problem solving when working through exercises and projects. I am looking to use the skills I have learnt to help develop my career by earning an apprenticeship so I can return to Code Nation and improve my knowledge and build my web tool box further. I have also attended Aberystwyth University, where I graduated with a Business and Management degree BSc (Econ) in 2011 and a Management and Marketing MSc (Econ) degree in 2013. Show less
