Oversight of all facility maintenance and construction, including management of a 245,000 sq. ft. Technology Center; including a mission critical oil and gas exploration data center and financial data center, research and development laboritories and support complex, and five additional properties.• Provided technical consulting for construction of a 550,000 sq. ft., 26-story corporate headquarters and data center.• Instituted and oversaw outsourcing of facility operations and maintenance, resulting in 8% bottom line savings.• Implemented the engineering and buildout of the 3rd floor including a computer room.• Coordinated successful construction of a 77,000 sq. ft., 2-story data services storage building featuring extremely strict electrical, security, and fire protection requirements.• Designed and supervised construction of the chilled water piping system resulting in increased reliability, flexibility, and maintainability of the system pumps and chillers.• Managed design changes to the electrical and mechanical data center facilities, including the replacement of the Cray super computer for the processing of scientific data, and the installation of an Amdahl mainframe computer in the data center, a new platform used to process business applications.
