Bill Nolan joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in February 2013 following a 28 year career in the United States Navy. There, he served as a S-3B Viking Naval Flight Officer and attained the rank of Captain. A graduate of the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and United States Naval War College with a Masters in National Security and Strategic Studies. Bill Nolan is a CFP® practitioner. He holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses plus state life and health insurance licenses. He spent his Naval career leading Sailors and civilian work force in various Navy commands in service devoted to the United States and focused on her national security interests.
