According to boiler code and plant Isometric and P&ID drawings.• Level II Certified Thermographer, Responsible for performing Infrared Inspections of plant electrical, mechanical and piping PM’s.• Level II Ultrasound Certified, we have built our lubrication and greasing of bearings and machinery PM’s around this program.• Plant startups and shutdowns from both the field and control room of a of 2x1 GE 7FA combined cycle and Alborg boiler, D-11 Steam Turbine• Analysis of Raw Water and Demineralized water chemistry, NPDES Sampling• Monitor and control chemistry of boiler steam, condensate and closed cooling.• Operating and maintaining Demineralization system consisting of Cation, Anion and Mixed bed vessels. With associated regeneration skids. • Bulk Chemical Offloading • CEMs - Continuous Emission Monitoring• Certified welder

Welder/LayoutFitter Where I held several positions with my employer which consist of.• Welder/ Layout Fitter • Involved in all aspects of the fabrication and fitting of structural steel. As well as sheet metal assembled to create the many models of annealing and decorating lehrs which are assembled in house and on various job sites. Responsibilities involve Manufacturing, Welding, Cutting and layout for myself as well as other employees. Fabricating from mechanical blueprint drawings. • Field Service Supervisor: • Responsibilities involve supervising employees that are sent to job sites throughout the United States where equipment is being installed or upgraded. Overseeing and instructing so that the job is completed in a timely and professional manner. Also keeping in compliance with all safety standards from Lock-out tag out, Confined space entry and electrical arc flash requirements.• Assistant Mechanic: Responsibility incur the maintenance and repair of all plant equipment consisting of Wysong mechanical shears, Hydraulic brake press, Various lathes, Saws, Forklifts, Geka hydraulic ironworker and compressors.• Tool Room Clerk: Responsible for maintenance and inventory of tooling equipment which are shipped to numerous job sites.
