My experience at FDC included over 8 years of consulting, change management, strategic planning, IT architecture and leadership, system design and implementation, and operations management experience. While working with FDC I successfully worked on several IT related projects such as upgrades of systems and the roll-out of new technologies. My strengths are analysing customer’s problems and promptly formulating plans for resolution.My highly skilled educational background along with my hands-on IT Experience allowed me to offer FDC's clients the confidence of my vast expertise. Prior to joining FDC I worked with Microsoft Ireland in Dublin.

For my six month coop work placement while at University College Cork I worked with Microsoft in Dublin, as a Process Flow Specialist, During this time I had to simulate, analyse, optimitse and develop new physical models for their Licensing Department. My hard work ethic combined with my Microsoft product know-how allowed me to create a real value-added solution.
