When it comes to my learning curve and being able to perform new task on my own, I believe it is a short amount of time. Normally I can be shown a new task once and have the general idea on how to perform it, then the second time around I will know how perform it in the correct manor. If I am unsure how to do something I will not hesitate to ask questions. When it comes to work I want to learn as many aspects of the job title as I possible can, also learning how to help my supieors with their task not only helps them but also helps me understand what counts where and how. This is especially true in sales when tracking numbers which shows how your performance is either staying the same, improving, or dcreasing. I am open minded and willing to do what I can to reach an end goal.
