Manage all warehouse operations of the 3pl logistics company

oversee the complete day to day operations of the facility. Also travel to different facilities managing start ups and special projects.

 Maintains contact with Partners at all levels in the organization involved in processes that touch department (i.e., Warehouse, Distribution, SRS Team, etc.). Utilizes all Grocery SOPs and department procedures to minimize shrink Composed risk assessment documents and delivered risk mitigation/safety training Manages new-item implementation effectively to maximize sales and gross profit opportunities. Provided leadership over logistics processes including, transportation, planning, safety and communication Introduced a comprehensive review of personnel files, reports and evaluations for accuracy that resulted in more timely administrative processing and efficient time management Manages department staff to include: Training and development, delivering on-time Performance Appraisals, providing feedback, scheduling, counseling and terminating Fill orders or make sure orders are filled correctly Ensures in-stock conditions, and inventory control.  Executed order fulfillment, warehousing, distribution, inventory control and quality assurance Loading, unloading and moving stock using equipment such as forklifts and hand trucks

 Ensures 100 percent property accountability is maintained, all authorized equipment is on hand, on valid requisition, or redistribution order. Locates and acquires standard and nonstandard equipment and supplies through military and non-military supply sources to meet unit readiness and operational requirements. Oversaw daily property accounting, property management reporting, and property transferring documents. Processes excess equipment for disposal after all redistribution efforts are met. Reviewed personnel records to ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness Assisted with dictation and transcribed notes for letters, memos, and reports Coordinated between different units and followed up on given tasks Conducted personnel orientation and maintained files as document clerk  Monitors unit and/or Government contractor supply operations to ensure compliance with policy and/or contractual requirements.  Develops, executes, monitors, and provides input to the annual supply budget. Determines equipment funding requirements and coordinates for funds availability with supported units and resource management activities.
