As it pertains to my desired position as a software engineer, I have experience developing programs using various languages. For example I’m adept using C++, and familiar with Python and Swift. I’m well versed using the Xcode and Android Studio IDE’s for mobile development using the aforementioned programming languages and I am also capable of developing for the web as well, with front-end experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript. As the webmaster for the student-run newspaper, "The Bulletin" at California State University Dominguez Hills, I have developed knowledge of Wordpress sites as well as had experience with PHP.I also have experience with some various entry-level positions, such as my seasonal retail sales and stocking positions at Shiekh Shoes and Pro Image Sports. I have some fast-food experience from my semester-long job at Subway. I had a brief time with a travel agency called Flight Search in which also acquired sales experience. I'm currently a general laborer for Trojan Labor Staffing Agency however my most prominent position was with the company SP+ as a Remote Management Agent, in which I was in charge of managing all of the MGM Grand hotels stationed in Las Vegas, Nevada. This gave me experience with remotely assessing problems, similar to tech support, which I find invaluable as it could correlate to my later career in the field of Computer Science.
