I am currently in charge of entire shop floor activities including dispatches. This has sharpened my supervision skills since I have to oversee a seamless operations in terms of meeting strict production targets leading to timely dispatches. This we have achieved by developing a skillful team in maintenance, production and dispatch. I can proudly say that I am now an expert in production of rotational moulded water tanks in particular and entire rotomoulding in general.

As a production in Charge my responsibilities included but not limited to production process supervision to ensure quality production within the limits of production targets, Occupation Safety and Health and fire Safety, Entry of daily production in the ERP system among others.

Supervision of the production process, Ensuring that production targets are met, Ensure effective utilization of Resources, Implementation of production plans and cordination of various production teams to ensure seemless flow of the production process among other things.
