• Draft and design the BoQ’s, Technical drawings and ToR for the procurement of construction services.
• Conduct site health and safety status to ensure adherence to regulations for the initiation of construction works.
• Ensure closure of all deliveries of procured items have been reached and supplier compliance with UN procurement rules and regulations in collaboration with and under the guidance of UNODC-GARS support staff
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholder to ensure normal implementation of construction works.
• Support the project management team in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of projects, including dashboard maintenance.
• Work in collaboration with project management team to drive consistency of the project scheduling approach to facilitate accuracy in project execution and reporting.
