Technical Consultant
Current• Draft and design the BoQ’s, Technical drawings and ToR for the procurement of construction services.• Conduct site health and safety status to ensure adherence to regulations for the initiation of construction works.• Ensure closure of all deliveries of procured items have been reached and supplier compliance with UN procurement rules and regulations in collaboration with and under the guidance of UNODC-GARS support staff• Coordinate with relevant stakeholder to ensure normal implementation of construction works.• Support the project management team in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of projects, including dashboard maintenance. • Work in collaboration with project management team to drive consistency of the project scheduling approach to facilitate accuracy in project execution and reporting. • Support the technical evaluation for the procurement of construction services and required equipment.• Coordinate with the selected vendor to ensure timely deployment of personnel and equipment for the construction of the Training Center - phase two.• Monitor daily implementation of construction works and continuously inspect the construction site.• Develop a schedule of works in coordination with the site-engineer and the representatives from the construction company. • Draft and submit monthly internal and external reports
