I am an enthusiastic, reliable and committed individual. My strengths lie in my ability to build good lasting relationships, and see what the clients wants at the end of whichever process I am working on. I graduated in 2007 from the University of East Anglia with a BA in Politics. and went straight into a position at the Tribunals Service where I worked for 2 years. I left the Tribunal Service to travel through South America in 2009. Upon returning I took a number of short term roles, until early 2011 when I joined the Electoral Reform Services (ERS)..I joined Electoral Reform Services in early 2011 as a client delivery executive, working as part of the local authority team to deliver printing requirements to our 100+ clients. After three years at ERS helping to deliver multiple elections and electoral registration project, I was promoted to a management position as the Client Delivery Manager. As part of this role, I lead a team of four in collecting and planning all of the client requirements for all the projects that the local authority team undertake.
