Spear head the implementation of the Pathways to whole school development project with a focus on Social and Emotional Aspects of Learning.

At CDRN, I lead the domain of project Planning, Project implementation, and Resource mobilization, Advocacy, Networking, capacity building, Monitoring and Evaluation. This covers a wide range of thematic areas of intervention including land rights, service delivery, livelihood, children and youth rights, HIV/AIDS, Environmental Conservation, Rights of Minority Groups as well as Organisational Development.

While at Child's I Foundation, I served as a Senior Practitioner under the USAID funded reintergration program. My main tasks were Main roles and responsibilities• Ensure the development and implementation of children’s reintegration care plans.• Lead the team of Social Workers to ensure effective practice, safe and rigorous aligned with KCHPF.• Support the team of Social workers to develop innovative solutions to intractable family and community problems.• Provide appropriate oversight, reflective supervision and mentoring required for social workers to successfully fulfill their roles within the project• Ensure timely collection, sharing, reporting, management and storage of information relating to the project as per the standard operating procedure and best practices.• Ensure positive relationship with relevant Government of Uganda bodies at all levels and that programme activities adhere to national laws and policies related to children and reintegration
