Directed and managed the development efforts of multiple project teams of varying sizes in support of the Hertz Corporate Marketing Department. Developed Customer Relation Management Tool (CRM) provides ability to add and manage contacts, send emails with attachments, add and manage projects, users, and daily tasks with custom, dynamically built calendars.Developed application that identifies undeliverable messages that have been bounced back to the server, compares them to addresses on file and flags them for further inspection.

• Supported the development efforts of airline industry business-to-business auction portal by creating custom tags, participating in Use Case & Design meetings, and fixing bugs.• Participated in research and development of a backend Search Service that will eventually become a multifaceted tool capable of wildcard, parametric, and synonymous searching utilizing Oracles Intermedia technology.• Participated with business and technical project management to define requirements and plan projects for Cordiem Library, University, and Company Directory.

• Directed small projects of 3-4 developers supporting the initial launch of Babiesrus.com, Toysrus.com redesign and Specialty Projects such as: X-Men, Star Wars, Barbie Winnie the Pooh.• Collaborated, as Technical representative, with the Creative, Marketing, and Merchandising Departments to develop and implement content for the entire Toysrus.com website.• Reviewed, as Web Content Manager, and implemented all website content prior to and following deployment to the production environment. • Developed Cold Fusion applications including implementation of a system that enabled the site to change dynamically based on date and time.• Maintained and enhanced Cold Fusion code, researched and resolved cross-browser compatibility issues, Cold Fusion, HTML and general website issues/problems. • Monitored and maintained the Toysrus.com production and fulfillment systems.
